Q: Can I modify or cancel my packing cubes order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@hexapacks.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your credit card information.

Q: How long does shipping take for HexaPack packing cubes?
A: Shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment.

A: Yes! All orders ship free, with no minimum required.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my packing cubes order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Q: What if my packing cubes or toiletry bag arrived damaged?
A: Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email us at support@hexapacks.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
