1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or report an issue. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a process, please email us at support@hexapacks.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item. To reduce our environmental impact and save you the hassle of return shipping, we may issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring you to ship the item back.
3. Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at our support email with visual proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
